2015 TRIENNALE DI MILANO - IL TEMPO DELLE DONNE WORKSHOP DI FOTOGRAFIA E MEDITAZIONE

ita
Siedi e osserva.

Sit and watch.
Observation is the basis of many oriental methods, for example in Taoism the temple is called "Kuan" (place of observation) and the human being is considered a temple.
The purpose of those who practice photography as meditation is to learn to look and find the greatest school of life in observation, recognizing the extraordinary in everyday life and the power of the present moment.
“Women are in contact with the world of feelings, vibrate with authentic frequencies and information, they are mothers, sisters and daughters, often linked by family dynamics that absorb their full potential. In my photography and meditation groups, we work together towards a process of awareness and healing to glorify the female. Everything can pass through this inner sky: external noises, the moving body, breathing, emotions, pleasure, pain.
I can't tell you where the essence of life is, I can only pass on my experience of fragrance.
When you feel ready, step outside trying to keep your attention and start taking pictures".
