Quattro secoli di una tradizione ancora viva che attraverso un’autentica devozione popolare racconta passione e fede, unite nella coinvolgente atmosfera tipica di questa terra.
Ventiquattro ore di processione lungo le vie della città, affollate di curiosi, di fedeli, di grandi e di piccoli... In un miscuglio di cera calda, donne a nero con ceri bianchi, incenso e fiori freschi. Ma è la notte, il momento più intenso ed emozionante della Processione dei Misteri, quando la luce fioca delle piccole vie del centro trasforma i volti stanchi dei portatori, il bagliore delle candele fa splendere gli argenti e solo le preghiere e i canti scandiscono i tempi del lungo percorso, dando il ritmo anche al passo della gente che, per curiosità o per un bisogno spirituale, ha deciso di seguirli per tutta la notte.
L'alba del Sabato sorprende i Misteri nei pressi del porto peschereccio, in uno scenario fortemente suggestivo, le bande ritornano a suonare le loro marce funebri e la gente ritorna a seguire le Vare dopo le poche ore di riposo

Four centuries of a still alive tradition that through authentic popular devotion tells passion and faith, united in the captivating atmosphere typical of this land.
Twenty-four hour procession along the streets of the city, crowded with onlookers, faithful, adults and children... In a mixture of hot wax, women in black with white candles, incense and fresh flowers. But it is the night, the most intense and exciting moment of the Procession of the Mysteries, when the dim light of the small streets in the center transforms the tired faces of the bearers, the glow of the candles makes the silverware shine and only the prayers and songs mark the times of the long journey, also setting the pace for the pace of the people who, out of curiosity or a spiritual need, decided to follow them throughout the night.
Saturday dawn surprises the Mysteries near the fishing port, in a highly evocative scenario, the bands return to play their funeral marches and people return to follow the Vare after a few hours of rest
